Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Times:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for domestic orders. Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal volume.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Incorrect Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
