We can cancel any order for reasons like incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or item unavailability. If we cancel your order, you’ll get a full refund.

Prices may change at any time. You pay the price shown at checkout.

If we list a price incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you.

4. Our Content

All designs, photos, and text belong to The Print Girls. Please don’t copy or use them without permission.

5. Our Responsibility

We are not responsible for shipping delays, carrier issues, or problems caused by things outside our control.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

6. Customer Support

We respond to messages during Monday - Saturday, 8am - 7pm. Response times may vary.

7. Problems or Disputes

If something goes wrong, message us first so we can help.

8. Things Outside Our Control

If emergencies, weather issues, or supply delays happen, orders may take longer. We’ll update you when possible.

9. Wholesale / Custom Orders

Wholesale requires approval.

Custom orders are non-refundable once work begins; extra changes may cost more.
